Development of a Master Plan for sustainable management and tourism revalorization at Gjirokastra Castle (Albania). It included: research & analysis, vision proposal, management plan and prioritization of projects and actions. Nartex Barcelona was the consultant on the topics of tourism, heritage management and also wrote the draft for a pre-script of an audiovisual proposal.
