Research project to obtain diverse knowledge over the situation for a potential creative area in the Poblenou District (Barcelona). Various interviews with no less than 30 public and private agents were conducted. As a result, a series of different interventions were defined & agreed, related to the delimitation of the cultural district and its main agents. Other aspects such as communication, economic development, international dimension, citizenship role etc. were also considered.
